I completely miss read it. I missed the “per month” part. Thought it was the total not per month, my bad. I edited my post

January could be 58/20.
For anyone that asks, yes those are the numbers. That's what came from the staffing meeting and it's the approximate number sent to the instructor group from the DOT over the weekend.
I will say it's always subject to change because: Spirit. We need about another 300 for the year.

My fault, I apologize. I see what you asked now.

Now the numbers from training are 128 upgrades for 2019 according to the OP. Training also put out around the first of the year, 175 upgrades.
I know numbers change according to fleet deliveries, block hours and other things which change the numbers some. But from the original 175 now down to 128 (20 mo Jul-Nov=100, 4mo for 7 months= 28), I just wouldn't put much stock in that being accurate. I can see it dropping more maybe. 100 total upgrades or less for 2019 is my guess.
The company also stated last year on two earnings calls that a new order would be announced by the end of 2018, which became 1st quarter 2019 and is now approximately mid year. Christie now says they are "halfway through the eval process."

Obviously it’s not a straight line equation, but we’re taking roughly 10-11 more planes this year which means we need another 120-150 pilots based on however the staffing models shake out. We’re hiring double that which would seem to indicate a fair number of other tails have been picked up in one way or another. Even if some of it in preparation for the 4 NEO’s coming in Q1 of 20.

So does that mean still hiring around 20 a month until NOV?
