Yeah, my mock bid gave me 17 days off and credited 77 hours.

There's usually only 1 or 2 17 day off lines in the Line Bids per month in DTW. On top of that, I only get awarded lines half the time, and mathematically I'm outside of a line altogether.

So no, I don't believe mock bids accurately represent life for 1 second.

To be fair, it is good practice, and I fully understand that's all it really is. As someone who's never used PBS, I need it!

I wonder if the mock bids included the new rigs.... I honestly didn’t pay attention.

It certainly seems possible that if the company puts the new rigs into the optimizer, it might come up with different pairings than we currently have.... leading to a completely different schedule make-up....

the pairings were all 100% different from what we were actually flying because exactly as you mentioned it, with the rigs, the optimizer builds the pairings completely differently.
