PBS Sucks!!

NAH:
Fellow pilots,
Unfortunately, we have encountered a PBS problem affecting a large number of pilots that cannot be resolved using the published CA awards. With very few exceptions, this issue will most likely only affect Reserve awards. Per paragraph 56 of the PBS MOU, the JPWG has reached agreement on an acceptable solution:
The PBS problem will be corrected in the NavBlue programming, which can be done immediately
The awarded PBS CA schedule will be unpublished, and new and correct PBS CA schedules will be awarded
All PBS timelines will be pushed back 24 hours.

Because guys are going to waive. Probably a lot of guys. In a few years we'll start getting surveys asking what is important. People will say it's not important. The company will know it's basically worthless because they can see how many people waive. We'll trade it for pennies on the dollar in 4 years. Not to mention the potential hundreds of votes that aren't on property yet. It's gone.

"move on"...
Just "let it go"
How about "BOHICA"
That sounds better...
70 % My rear...
Im still not convinced that it passed by 70%.
Anybody see the actual results?
I hope these sorry SOBs (MEC/NC) are not around for the next cycle.

That’s quite a crystal ball- should I sell my amazon stock??
Right now, we have the ABILITY to waive 4 days off- to me this is HUGE.... maybe I’m wrong, but it would take something really big for me to completely give it up...

move on...
I am not happy with the result, but you know what I did? I voted, nothing more, I didn't volunteer, so I (and probably you) only have ourselves to blame.

Volunteer? You're joking right? That is such a tight group of jerkoffs. There is NO WAY they would let either one of us in unless we went along with their agenda. Its smoke and mirrors sir. They just allow you to think that you can change things.

Sounds like it is time for you to apply for a non-union airline.
