Default So we should all get bots I guess

Clearly veiled threats against the offenders. Nothing being done.

30 day suspension to start
90 day for second offense
Termination for the third

Not sure why there needs to be a three strike policy on this, clearly if you are using a program you 1) know that it’s wrong and 2) have no issues with screwing over your fellow pilots.

I’m sure it doesn’t take long to recover 30 days of pay through schedule manipulation. First offense should be 90 suspension followed by one year of non bidding and no swap/premium pay events, second offense termination.

Beyond the bots I think some guys can't even get into DOT on Flica. And are the trip credits corrected now to what crewtrac has?

I think first offense should cause termination. I don't want to fly with anyone with such a selfish, screw everyone else so I can get what I want attitude.

IT should meet with these “Bot guys” and maybe learn something.

In seriousness, this is the airline that had the FLL mafia cutting sweet side deals, Kiwi Hotline, JRM galore etc.....workplace ethics won’t stop these fools. Sad part is management, and I feel the MEC, is doing nothing to stop this.

Imagine if our chair was anything like the SWA chair? That dude is asking Boeing to compensate their lost wages and trashing Boeing for the MAX!

Dude's a BADA**!

I would be happy if our Chair would make the company fix the incorrect credit, 2 months in a row now. I guess this is wishful thinking.

So long as their compensation is industry average and within the 'zone of reasonableness'.
