Default inSight iPad mount

Anyone use the “inSight” iPad mount that was developed by the spirit pilot? Pros and cons?

I flew with an FO that had one. I asked hm if it made his life any easier, and he said "not really".

Anyone try the aftermarket Airbus seat? It's approved?

How about the aftermarket tray table?

Im just curious why anyone would lunk around an iPad mount, remove the one on the plane, and mount theirs?

Will this be the new thing, "putting the company iPad mount back up when you're done?"
