I just clicked through each section and noticed that some fields were missing. I think I clicked on the actual application and then it directed me to the hours section again. From the dashboard.

 

The career portal software they're using is clunky and quirky -- I've had some weird results and things happen when submitting applications and updating information. It seems to be a common trend.

Is there any way to know if you failed the Gallup?

 

I did my Gallup, then today it showed mine as "Under Review" and now it is gone. I wonder the same as well.

 

I think they email you a TBNT and tell you to reapply in 6 months.

 

FlyingCafe, I'm willing to bet you are okay. If you didn't get a TBNT email, try the following:

Under your dashboard you should have a listing of "Past Job Submittals."

Requisition Number ---- Posting Title --------Status ---- Last Update -----Actions
2021-xxxx ---------------- First Officer ----Under Review-- 06/06/1944 --- Withdraw

Does it look like this?

If not, confirm the subdomain:

externalportal-spirit.icims.com/jobs/dashboard

I've found, if you go directly to Spirit's web page (like you're gonna buy a ticket), then click careers, it takes you to:

inflightcareers-spirit.icims.com/jobs/dashboard

And you will get a message that "You have not submitted your profile to any jobs."

Instead, go directly to the "external portal" link i described above, and log in. Then you will see your Past Job Submittal for First Officer is "Under Review."

I mean this in the nicest way possible, but I believe this is just a small shortcoming of Spirit IT.

I'm used to dysfunctional airline IT, so this is a welcome challenge.

I’ve tried it many different ways, and my app is still gone. I did not receive a TBNT so I don’t want to do a double application.

Any other ideas?

EDIT: I did try to reapply and it said I already applied successfully.
