I doubt that. Some of us didn’t have CASS approval by our go home week. They’ll positive space you home if you live in a city Spirit serves. If you don’t, you’re SOL.

I’m sorry, but you have the see the juxtaposition of your chosen handle and your comment as particularly funny

Haha. I thought the same thing.

Also “never assume” that traveling home from training during the busiest travel time of the year is the best idea.

right, it takes a couple weeks and they just randomly clear people in your class through CASS over that time, theres no rhyme or reason to who or when gets approval first, however, if you see/reach out to one of the chiefs or HR, they'll put your stuff through more urgently. A couple people in my class did that and within a couple hours they got an email saying they were entered into CASS

We were calling/emailing several people every day. No dice. I got CASS approval in the middle of the go-home week.

Welcome to Spirit! Unfortunately this is the norm when you have special issues outside of day to day line flying.

Yeah... NO ONE in the office answers their phones... ever.

If you need something, your best bet is to send an email. They respond to emails faster than returning calls in response to voicemails. And over a holiday... Shirley you can't be serious.

They definitely will not be providing positive space travel over the holidays. I just received the email saying so.

I rarely have a problem when calling the yellow benefits line, which hooks you up to all the numbers you could possibly need and when that doesn't work, try your base chief.

Anyone know what hotel we will be in? I know a recent email said the Sheraton but I heard from a friend who just finished training that they are switching hotels.
