A function of the extremely low training and first year pay. Eventually this is going to blow over and the more of the current group of applicants they can get into the Spirit the better because they will be less and less experienced in the years to come.

There's a whole sub-forum on APC for United. How is their business model directly correlated to Spirit's operation?

If they are wiling to CX classes then I wouldn't be shocked if our hiring slows down.

Chimpy is back on APC full time now? Not just sporadic guest appearances?

Hiring and upgrades will stop. Just like anywhere else. Please don’t reply “our VP of ops said hiring and upgrades are normal”. It’s not like he’s lying, it’s just that him (and the rest of upper management) can’t start jumping into conclusions just yet. Everyday the situation changes. “It’s only a 3% reduction”. Well that’s as Friday, we’ll see what Monday brings.
About 2 weeks ago I posted that this virus was going to affect us for sure. People here were dismissive and their replies basically suggested that my radar was set on Max gain. I’m not suggesting that we start running for the hills. We’ll recover, but surely enough this will be an important setback. We’ll have to take a brake on growth. How long? Not sure yet.
