Also you claimed that all flu deaths are covid 19. THat's not what he said at all. He said if they don't test influenza they'll call it covid. We still have flu deaths everyday. you got proof? oh some “doctor” what does he know? any more proof? oh the “white house” orange man bad. I don’t really care what you choose to believe. It’s the internet. Next time I’ll just use memes. some people care more about the argument itself than the actual topic. cheers to ya. Have a great weekend. |
Is the company allowing a Voluntary Leave of Absence which allows some of us bottom-feeders to go fly elsewhere (i.e. military, EMS, Cargo) until this blows over.....

Have a great weekend. go educate yourself and stop pretending this is a witch hunt. when I said give me source I meant data. Studies, Results, FACTS. not a youtube video which didn't even address all your claims. You claimed all flu deaths are being marked covid deaths. Neither of your links suggested nor proved that. That was you taking it a step further. You also claimed antibody testing has proven 25% of us have had this, provided no source and is not only a baseless claim, but can easily be called BS because the CDC themselves have already said that the FDA has not approved any of these tests and they are completely worthless. So before you claim I am dug in, look in the mirror bud. Good weekend. |

Maybe we can start a sub group where guys we can go in and chat with guys like elmetal and get prescriptions and virtual doc visits right off APC. Seems like you are in good company el, there are hundreds of guys here overflowing with this knowledge about how this outbreak really works and how to contain it.
Or are you one of those rare individuals that agreed with and supported everything that BHO and DJ did/are doing? Because I’m about 100% sure you’ve had a strong opinion one way or the other, or maybe both, about the presidency in your lifetime. Have you ever actually been the president? I’m thinking not. So so then tell what is the difference between your question of and stating strong opinions about everything from the president to the postman, and the above poster’s stance on the Covid situation? Trying to **** someone down by stating they aren’t a specialist in the exact area of the debate is a cudgel and a crutch. Have a take or not. But enough of this “...welll I didn’t realize your were a whatever at your other job” BS anytime someone has an opinion. Because you damn well have some of your own, and goodness knows you’re not a specialist in everything you have a stance on. |

What’s ironic about your rant is that the expert epidemiologists and virologists haven’t known much about this, got it wrong initially, still don’t know a whole lot about it, are still disagreeing on things, and are constantly learning about this thing. All/most of their knowledge is being shared and is available publicly, and since news coverage and social media coverage is 99.69% about this, a lot of lay people have actually learned about it. Also, many of us have doctor friends who are intimately involved with treating covid patients and have some pretty good sources of info. To dismiss people having dialogue about the virus, and how we as a nation/world should proceed, etc., because we aren’t epidemiologists, is disingenuous and lacking in critical thinking, logic, and common sense. At the end of the day the president, governors, and business owners will take the advice and information from the “experts,” look at the latest data, and make a decision on how to proceed, and we can sit and throw spears as we see fit and continue to debate it. Meanwhile private companies will continue researching treatments and vaccines. And we can talk about that too. Even if we aren’t medical/drug research scientists. Shocking concept...I know.

Online and mail-in voting sure sound simple and easy but they are a gateway for systemic voter fraud. If you can't be bothered to show up on election day to vote, maybe you just shouldn't vote. (Yes, I know he was pot-stirring, but I'll bite) The right to vote, in fair and free elections, is the single most important component of our democracy. Politicians control the methods for how we vote and for 250 years they have, for the most part, resisted changing the system as they were fearful of the political consequences. I am lucky enough to live in one of the five states that has taken a more modern, convenient, and fair approach and has instituted mail in voting. It's awesome! You're mailed a ballot weeks before the election and it couldn't be easier to complete and send off. There has been no evidence of fraud, no complaints about voter suppression and leaves the citizens with little to no excuses for failing to vote. So don't give me the tired horse crap hypothetical argument of "Gateway for systemic voter fraud". Utah, arguably the most red state in the country, votes by mail as does Washington, one of the bluest states and neither have had any evidence of fraud (Nor did Colorado, Hawaii or Oregon). |

I'll take the bite as well. This has never been a country that is about keeping it the way we've always done it. We didn't become the greatest country in the world by being stuck in our ways. We innovate, we progress. We see flaws in a process and view them as opportunities to make it better, and hopefully earn a buck in the process.

And show some form of ID so we know they are actual citizens of the U.S.
Who is collecting the mail at the nursing homes and mental institutions filling out those mail in votes? Voter fraud exists even with the current system: Last election a polling location in Michigan fed more democratic votes through the machine than there was registered voters |

It was quickly determined that it was sloppy recording and no evidence of fraud or wrong doing. |

Actually that's complete propaganda. They did not experience more votes than registered voters. Even the headline is ridiculous, given that on a high voter turn out year less than 60% of Americans vote. The idea that there are people that actually believed that more votes were cast than registered voters is not the proudest moment in this Countries history.

A thinking man might make the correlation between one group’s drive to go a popular vote, and its equal insistence that there is no voter fraud, and no further steps should be taken to try to prevent it.

I’d rather it take some sort of effort on the part of the voter to have their voice heard. If standing in line, along with early voting is to much of a burden then no voting for you.

The vote count from that machine showed a higher count than there were registered voters in that precinct. That's when the media found out and they were busted. Didn't matter Trump had a nice lead in Michigan anyway. He will destroy Biden with his alzheimers unless there is fraud. Where's the me2 movement with the allegations against him?

That's not how voting works. There are reps from both parties present at each precinct, there is an inspector of elections for each jurisdiction, a director of elections and voter registration appointed by the governor for each county, and of course the state board of elections at the top. If there's mistakes, and they do happen, it's pretty much always a case of incompetence or techinal issues. Actual cheating is very rare and very difficult to pull off without being caught. North Carolina had a recent cheating scandal involving absentee ballots being filled out by some group of weirdos. People went to jail. Felony stuff. Voter fraud is big deal. There are, in fact, a lot of intelligent people from poll workers to strategists to lawyers from each party and each campaign keeping track of what's going on. Feeding ballots is nonsense, unless you think your home team is too incompetent to count and make evidence-based legal challenges like big boys and girls. Rah Rah Rah go team!

So to be back on track: I took a look-see at the other ULCC forums. Allegiant apparently is up to 85% normal schedule and has already told their pilots no furloughs.
