According to JM during his recurrent ground school stop, over 750 flights a day by July/August. Also said “the operation will be crew constrained this summer.”

Honest question, why apply to Spirit now vs the pre pandemic windows when we were hiring? Not trying to bust chops but if I were screening applications, anyone who was applying pre pandemic would get a leg up on those now. Spirit has always made it clear it wants people who want to be here, not just when it’s convenient. Again, not trying to attack you. Just wondering how many in this new stack are from people who now realize Spirit might be a great career option |

I know I didn’t apply until feb 2021 because I was still in the military. I would have done it sooner, but there was no open window when I started working on my app. So blaming everyone that just applied seems short sighted. You need to first figure out why people are just now applying before you make a judgement about them.
