I remember asking questions during those phone conferences thinking management actually had the answers but really only Hulas had the answers. Really glad to be out and free from TSH!

My favorite (TSH) company call was the one where a guy fell asleep and snored through the entire thing. They couldn’t figure out to mute him, eventually just carried out the meeting with the snoring in the background
