Hey guys,
Am I little competitive? Applied in February and still "under review" with no update since then. I have gone through my app 10x to make sure its not missing anything obvious but it looks like there is no way to update your hours however. Pretty out of date now...

Took me two years to get hired so don’t lose faith. Can you earn a degree online? Don’t know how much it’ll help but it can’t hurt and some airlines you just won’t hire you without it. Have your internally contact their base chief pilot and they will get them pointed in the right direction with their letters for you.

I got hired with no degree, and all 91/135 experience. I had about the same TT, but had more TPIC.
