I also noticed everytime I submit the app it puts my education history out of correct order. Not sure what the trick is there and I don’t know if it’s a no go in their eyes. But clearly there’s an I.T. Issue.

Isn’t the date next to your application a reflection of whether it’s getting pulled or not?

Rumor is if you had any failure in 5 years you just aren’t good enough to work at spirit. Several people have said this and the application I recently submitted did ask if anything had been within 5 years.
Seems a tad on the extreme side especially if your hiccup was minor.

Phone Time
Just scheduled the 1st Phone interview. Is there an updated timeline on how long after the screening you wait to hear for an in person/ TBNT? Looked on the thread and it seems like up to 2 weeks. Wasn't sure if that's changed or not. Thank you for any information .

I don't know what the norm is now, but when the phone interview was over, they asked me on the spot if I could either do an in-person or virtual interview. When I said yes I wanted the in-person, I was sent an email within 24 hours with the confirmation. Good luck!

I’m just telling you what I’m seeing and what it looks like. I find it odd that twice now my application just goes into a review stage and yet guys with a similar background get called like they’re the last qualified people to chose from….but I digress….it’s frustrating
