No email today about it. iPad calendar? Who uses that? Since I just didn’t believe you I went and did see a blurb on link about it but no transcript. Also, not flight ops specific.
Town hall history
Flight ops:
When are we getting A330s?
Company wide:
Questions so stupid you wonder how people dress themselves.
So if there was an email it probably got deleted but there certainly wasn’t one today.

Friend of mine just recently interviewed and said some people are getting a class date next day and a few 2-3 days later. Why is that? Has anyone got a TBNT yet?
How long will they get back when you put your app in?

Not everyone wants a class date starting through Xmas and New Years most likely.

Surely not. The E2B (also known as EB-2) visa process takes 18 months at a minimum and is sponsored by the company which costs significantly than hiring on other Visa's. Another forum has mentioned that Spirit is looking at hiring Australian Pilots on the E-3 Visa which is the temporary non-immigrant visa.
The work rules at Spirit seem to be quite good combined with only a few years to upgrade so why would there be expected mass attrition?

Upgrades will soon stop for people getting hired
Some people want to fly heavies and say they work for a legacy.
To name a few

Curious if anyone had interviewed recently. I know this is a sore subject amongst many but what’s the mask situation during the interview? They were doing online interviews when things were better than they are now. Every where does it differently and I’d like to know what to expect. Thanks.
