No they won’t. There are 80 FOs being displaced as of today. That number will continue to drop as we approach March. FO displacements will be few, IF any. You think there will now be a mass CA exodus now? Ain’t happening.

FOs continue to be the ones leaving in droves, that will continue, and it has nothing to do with the displacement bud and everything to do with opportunities at legacy carriers. The flood gates remain open but this displacement bid won’t change much.

ORD CAs got cut less than the prior bid
DFW CA got cut more but they will bid to IAH
DTW is close to the previous cut in March.

I wonder what the likelihood is of further reductions in DFW, DTW, and ORD after this bid…. 🤔

That’s the real question. As they have tougher times staffing the bases they want to grow, do they continue to cannibalize their existing bases

The numbers from a union rep were more like 8 CA and 44 FO.

600-something hired YTD
350 ish attrition
Some retirements/deaths/training failures
250 ish net gain.

Maybe but must be some senior FO’s. I know of a junior captain that said he moved up 27 spots.

Seriously, enough with the public commentary.

Current JetBlue pay rates are not enough!!! Get with the current events everyone! Please stopped saying in public on these forums or around the airport like I’ve been hearing.

If your dream contract is the current pay rates at the airline we are merging with, please send your address to the guy who will punch you in the nose.

This guy gets it
