That's a goofy thought. There were tons of college grads, who happened to be in their mid to late 30's, that were.more than happy to vote on the last contract. Stick to the facts.

Matching/exceeding legacy pay would stop me from attriting, but they only have like 3 more weeks before im out.

Here at Spirit you couldnt even get a sniff without 4000 and 1000pic, let alone a degree. Guys getting hired right now have no clue. And our old contract was very, very qol friendly. Imagine a legacy with transition conflict? Ha!

This is why at 2200 hours I am grateful for this opportunity. I also agree that the pay needs to be comparable to other airlines with the same type rating. At least combat the inflation if everything else fails.

This actually based on something? $220 first year FO pay and $600 top Captain pay sounds great if we’re just making stuff up.
