According to the latest Union communication FO attrition is increasing.

Was talking to an FO in LAX last week who was waiting on a class date at big D. Said he knew a few guys who got put into holding patterns at Delta and came to NK in the interim, now they are just waiting for the green light.
Heard of another last month one who was bidding (successfully) upgrade with a confirmed Delta class, talk about covering your bases. I don’t think it will be enough to make an operational impact, but it would be interesting to compare an exit interview with a follow up a year later. |

It hasn’t been a big factor in the past. I suspect it will be an increasingly larger factor. I know of two FOs who have interviews shortly. One said he was on the fence but the meltdown pushed him to do it.

I know of double digit number of people who have left or will be leaving within the last 30 days to the next 30 days FWIW, myself included. There were 3 of us at my interview. Spirit has been great to me. Just tired of commuting is all.
