Is the rest of your life going to exactly replicate the last 30 days? If so and you’re happy with the last 30, stay where you are.

If there is any chance advancement, pay changes, company solvency, disability, need/desire to relocate, base closure or any other factor might ever surface, analyze whether you’d rather be where you are or someplace else bigger, with better employee protections, and that sells its own tickets.

Most people who look beyond the next month have already answered this ad nauseum. The rest either have not, or are special cases (like looking only at a few years, are indebted to or have other ties to a current employer). Do the math…

Go to spirit. You’ll get more hours and have less chance of imploding

Jump to Spirit. You’ll get to a legacy faster.

Legacy or bankruptcy.

Base your decisions on the now. Not on fear of the if.

Additionally I would be giving up living in base to being a commuter at spirit. I am new to the 121 world, so I still do not have enough experience to be able to properly judge the differences between a regional and a place like spirit.

You’d be shocked how fast United and Delta will hire you once you get type rated at Spirit, JB, etal. Its a gamble but its been working for kids.

If you get a legacy class date during training at spirit, don’t mention it to your instructors.

They want our clapped out 319s?

Ever been up front on a united airbus? Our 319s look like show room quality compared to the dinosaurs I’ve seen over there.
