My bet is attrition will continue at this pace regardless of the outcome of the TA. You can come for the substandard pay rates, or the uncertainty of the airline and merger. Take your pick. Why take a "bite of the apple" when you can go elsewhere and have steak.

Does the TA fix attrition? Or attraction? Nope. I'd say there's no reason to come back to the table, just offer a signing bonus and be done.

I’d bet the TA does exactly what upper management wants it to, if passed. Unless you’re suggesting our hotshot NC pulled a fast one on the company and outfoxed them for the first time ever…
