How about that very first analyst question? He zeroed-in on the lack of accountability and the answer was pretty thin

There was a nice follow up into the call regarding KPIs for management and “short term compensation”.

“We have done really well with on time metrics”

Ted should have gave a special shout out to the CAs who ask to roll off the chalks a few feet to get that on time push.

And the second someone’s tail gets clipped by a wingtip in the alley no one is going to back you up. Now if you get permission for a short push from the controller then you are good to go. The short push without clearance is just exposing yourself for no reason.
