The four main questions I got were: Tell me a little about yourself, how was the training at your current airline?, Why are you wanting to switch?, Why are you applying to Spirit?, And why do you think you would be a good fit at Spirit?

I literally just emailed [email protected] cold, and explained who I was and asked when their next events were. Three weeks after sending that email I have a CJO.
Same here, went to BWI, got a CJO same day.

I know of a guy who is in training and is applying for an ATP as well, but he is already typed. Flew for a European carrier and I believe he showed up with his CTP completed already.
