Nothing substantial, but as giddy as Ted and Bendo were, you just know they will make out like bandits in this deal.

I hope you realize that the merger and our contract are completely separate from each other. The merger doesn't require us to have a JCBA to be approved.

All of the executives will receive a bonus equal to 150% of their annual base salary. It's in the merger filing.
