It’s very obvious now that Spirit did NO negotiating when it first agreed to merge with Frontier. The only thing important to Ted was Ted. He and the board accepted whatever Franke told them to accept as long as they were covered in the deal. Employees and shareholders be damned. There is dirty business and then there is pure corruption. This is the latter. They have a fiduciary responsibility that they seemed to forget about.

Price hasn't gone up that much since the BOD doesn't require F9 to bid. If the BOD was doing the fiduciary duty they wouldn't have scheduled 2 votes. There are going to be so many lawsuites from this.Originally Posted by Stayontarget
