Been here 9 years. Have had no big problems that have been any different from my friends at Delta, United, AA, southwest and JetBlue. Just curious, where is this perfect airline that’s out there somewhere, apparently. And, more importantly, with everyone and their dog hiring, why can’t you get hired there?

Multiple DUIs, checkride failures, chronic irritable bowel syndrome, not being allowed within 1000’ of a school zone or Chuck-E-Cheese…

We have a pool for the actual reason Trylabyte can’t seem to get hired anywhere in the single most prolific hiring climate in decades, $100 gets you in, $20 for new hires.

You have been incorrect on everything. So the best advice is to do the opposite of whatever you suggest.

Seems like every forum has their share of Negative Nancys. And there are a handful of people that love to troll multiple forums bashing each airline and predicting nothing but gloom and doom, which seems to incite unrest in people. It's a shame these forums are like that, but it is what it is. My advice is take a lot of these troll-like posters with a huge grain of salt and simply enjoy what you do. We get paid to fly airplanes and most of the time it is pretty darn fun.

Work hard, have fun, help others, and continue to position yourself to be competitive for your airline and/or plane of choice.
