I applied last year, and again when it opened first of the year. Attended MTC in Feb didn’t get an invite to interview until end of April. CJO yesterday, little bit of luck it seems to get anything earlier, otherwise just patience. Heard emailing the MTC email has had some success triggering an interview invite, but can’t confirm.

I met with recruiting at Women in Aviation back in March. After not hearing anything for a month, I emailed MTC and two days later had an interview invite. Interviewed the following week, and got the CJO a little over a week after the interview.
