its basically almost impossible to drop anything anymore unless either a. lucky or b. luckier in IOT ( the first bid period carried out in seniority )
the whole reserve grid system is now and for the foreseeable future a CA only privilege and no longer a reason to come here. |

True statement! Reserve rules need to be fixed much more than first year pay as QOL, especially in the right seat, is in the toilet. A good majority could benefit from that sort of change.
