Short sighted. Only lasts as long as they need you at 200%. Plus your upgrade just went north of 5 years. Your own words I might add. How about north of $160/hour narrowbody year three so you make the same as you are now at 200% for just flying your line? Not to mention what you could add on top.

Dude it’s ok, we don’t all have to want to work at AA. Be gone and be happy. I’m generally happy here, make good money and fly with great crews.

Also one point of correction, $160/hour is not 200% of what I make lol. $240 would be a closer number.
