Pilots are only one part of it an honestly our hiring for attrition on top of planned deliveries is on course even though standards have fallen drastically. They are still getting meat in the seats.

So really it’s the rest of the operation outside of flight ops. This model works nicely at 100 planes which is why frontier made money. After that it doesn’t work. We keep taking deliveries that sit around not making money because they can’t run this thing with that many assets flying because they can’t support it with the current infrastructure. More infrastructure costs more money and more quality infrastructure costs even more money. Only so many FAs and gate agents want to sign up to be yelled at by people that don’t know how to act in public. Nevermind the complete understaffing of Miramar.

And not to be understated with the Saharan dust this summer the weather in Florida has been some of the driest and thunderstorm fee in years. This should’ve been a blockbuster summer for us and it just wasn’t.
