That's a Bingo, and frankly NK is much larger and will do more for JB's network/footprint than VA did for ALK, and inflation adjusted, JB is probably paying less for NK than ALK paid for VA.

The email ted sent out said they terminated the agreement because they didnt have the votes? So they never voted?

Why not just let the no vote go through? Don't they have to pay frontier now? If so, then its basically a bribe from the bod to get jobs at frontier after B6 gives them the axe.

From my understanding if they mutually terminate the agreement then there is no breakup fee. And since both sides knew the outcome there was no point in publishing the actual voting results and making the vote "official".

but why would frontier mutually agree if they can get 100 mil by not?

If the vote goes through and fails then there is no breakup fee. They knew it was going to fail so they terminated the agreement.
