Good question. Me thinks they are more interested in buying “NK/F9 not happening”. The interest in NK was only interest. Until the F9 buy out was announced. Then it was all about take over time.

Spirit had enacted a 365 day poison pill. The F9/NK deal was announced the very next day after it expired.

You guys should really read more.

So why wouldn’t jb jump in the day it expired if they were looking to buy a while ago? Their the ones attempting a hostile takeover. I’m starting to think blue just wants to kill the deal. I’m expecting jb to immediately lower expectations the day after a f9 deal is voted down by shareholders. Why wouldn’t
you? There’s no AIP with nk. Just public statements. All just a guess of course.
