First year FO at delta. I know you no guys love doing your little research on accounts and use that as your logic to argue topics, not actual facts.

So you stand on the shoulders of other men who fought for contracts and call yourself tall.

Had you entered this industry twenty years ago, you would be a regional jet lifer with the attitude you have. I am very happy you got in during this hiring climate.

Please, say more.

...ok, i seem to have hit a nerve with many here. I will just clarify that I do think 1st year pilots deserve 137 an hour. I dont think they should suffer and I dont feel like there are any dues they should pay because "i did it".

I once asked my rep (who apparently has changed their mind with this TA) why we cant just raise 1st year pay so that we are properly staffed and I was convinced that we cant give the company something they want (raising 1st year pay) without getting something in return. This gives that away. If this was the penultimate payscale and we didnt have to worry about future leverage then whatever, but I dont think it is.

High first year pay and the ability to move first year pay are two very different things

Bro it’s funny how in one post you **** on the guys hoping for a raise and then in the next claim you want 1st year guys to get a raise. One things for sure, you’re not paying anyone’s bills but your own. To try and push your dumbass opinions on others trying to make it into year 2 is delta douchy. And I promise you wouldn’t say that bull**** to me. We need to bring back bullying because of dumbasses like you.

What’s wrong man? Did your FA gf leave you for someone on year 3?

Lol. What is the point of even saying this? What could you possibly do?

It’s not about what I could do. It’s about what you little 20 year olds think you would do. Don’t say **** on here that you wouldn’t say to someone sitting next to you. You wanna argue the merits of the TA? Go ahead. But it’s absolutely astonishing the BS you guys write in this fake ass fairy tale forum of yours.

No, I actually would love to hear what you’d do to someone who got you this mad in person as you are on a forum. This is pure gold.
