Hopefully it doesn’t get that far. Send DART, let MEC know this TA is a joke and needs to be sent back to the drawing board!

it’s going to go exactly 50-50 and it’s going to come down to a coin flip. |
What are we betting exactly?
I'll raise everyone this, if we shoot it down then Halon has to change his pronouns with the new diversity and inclusion department or whatever they call it. |

Being at an airline whose management loves to use Spirit as a primary benchmark for our own negotiations, this needs to die a quick death. Please and thank you.

Those of us over at F9 are really hoping it fails. Keep trying to raise the bar.

How about we both don’t vote for contracts that allow first year pay to be moved up at the company’s will without taking the rest of us. Leverage lost

Yeah. We have that at F9. As much as I like making $90 first year I know it’s not helping us.

I would say it hasn’t been long enough to trace a definite trend but I would say it seems to have helped whether we agree with the policy or not. |

You mentioned this before without facts so I’ll help you this time. Our attrition per month since the raise in June has been 30, 26, 14, 22, 16, 15 and currently at 9 this month.

I heard you got $90 because you’re a CRJ Driver. That’s an override for the coolness

Interesting. What is the average experience level of your new hires? Are you pulling in many 1500 hour pilots?

I think you missed my point. I wasn’t talking about attrition in this post. I was talking about how it doesn’t help the pilot group as a whole with leverage. If less people leave that helps the company but how does it help us? Not to mention the regional style sign on bonus. Would love to see stats on how many accept that.
I would really also like to see that. I wouldn’t accept but I’m at a different place in my life than a pilot with 100k+ in loans and less than 3 years in the market to know any better. |

well no **** it helped. thats why they wanted it. so they dont have to give you anything to fix their problem.
Im in disbelief that any pilot would vote yes with that in there. Meh, if everybody gets raises we will just be right back where we started. Except the bonus. That’s one big pile of crap. A good amount of pilots are leaving jet blue and AK with $90 per hour no? I might be wrong there. Don’t have the numbers. Regardless, it’s still not a provision I’m for in the future. I’m veeeery curious why the NK union went with it after all the vitriol I have read on this forum towards the policy. |

I'm gonna go ahead a guess it has something to do with 12 year CA rates and instructor pay.

Pass 70:30

Was thinking pass with around 60-65 percent. I don’t see how anyone can vote yes now after seeing the B6 TA.
