Not to say this NEVER happens at other airlines but I’m sure not going to miss this stuff when we are JetBlue. ATL to PHL on spirit you may assume this will happen. What an embarrassment.

By the way, I feel for a lot of our gate agents but we are hiring a ton of "ratchet" agents. Isnt that the term, ratchet?

I have a feeling the lawyers are well aware of this. I think the government thinks their case is better than it actually is. Shouldn’t be a hard time beating the DOJ.

I watched this at the bar tonight while sipping on a cold one with a friend. This is quality entertainment that cannot be easily matched, if even at all.

Why would I thumb through staged reels on the gram when I can watch real people brawling with our gate agents over paying $60 for a carry on?
