Default Any info on Spirit Wings Pilot Pathway?

I was looking into the pathways and was curious what the "in addition to meeting program requirements set by Spirit" in the COE were... this doesn't lock you in a contract to fly for Spirit for X amount of hours right?

Successful candidates will be given a Conditional Offer of Employment (COE) contingent upon completing L3Harris’s ATP/CTP course and A320 specific Jet Transition training, "in addition to meeting program requirements set by Spirit."

Thanks for any guidance!

Hey,

I’m currently in this program with a different flight school and no you aren’t locked into any type of contract. It’s simply a COE. They explain during the Spirit interview that you’re required to go through a Jet Transition Course and ATP/CTP which Spirit actually pays for now. If you’re selected after the interview, they send you your EFB and the study posters right away. You update them monthly until you have ATP mins and they guarantee a class date within 60 days. Good luck!

I flew with a FO who came from this program. The jet transition course is apparently done in an A320 sim with a Spirit instructor. Seems like a decent program.
