The court documents specifically stated that Spirit's executives have a plan to get back to profitability. So it wouldn't be an FU, it would just be a failure of those executives to deliver.

Have you been on a frontier flight? It makes us look classy. Have you seen their contract and do you see any path to them ever getting more money ever. Double digit bases doing day turns like Allegiant= zero open time and zero schedule flexibility.

F9 intended to use shares on the initial purchase of NK. F9 share value has dropped 60% since then so highly unlikely. TD Cowen thinks NK ch 11 followed by liquidation the most probable outcome.
