TC and company in 2019 was handed a company that was at the top of earning from any Airline and now look at us. Why our union isn't calling for a "Vote of No Confidence " is unbelievable. TC and company have driven this company to it current status always externalizing the the problems we are facing but Necer taking into account their own mistakes with Spirit. Frontier is growing, open8ng up new bases, etc and Spirit is Shrinking by the moment, no new hires, no upgrades, etc. Everyone wants to blame Al kinds of problems on merger gone bad, whatever., I say it squarely on TC lack of management skills. Go ahead bashers, I know it's coming, let's here what your 2-3 maybe years of experience has to say.

He did say we should take the Frontier deal, maybe the shareholders should have listened? Nope the shareholders got greedy and here we are.

Yep. Shareholders got greedy even when they were advised it wouldn't go through. Now they are going to lose it all, and we're stuck in the middle of it. What really scares me right now is how literally everyone can see this merger is dead except our management. Spirit is like the insecure ex-boyfriend begging his girlfriend to stay, when she is giving all signs she wants to bail. Let's scrape whetever dignity we have left, get back to what we were doing before this whole mess came into play, and get an entirelty new managment team.

Frontier is not profitable and the business model is dead. Frontier wouldn’t have been approved either.
But yes TC ruined the company. I agree on that.

Zinga! And all the guys that thought they were gonna suddenly become JB pilots on a JB payscale. Nothing is that easy. Management was kicking and screaming. Telling everyone it’s a bad idea. Sure, no one wanted to work for Frankie. Can’t argue that. But the alternative is to find a new job. Could have just done that in the first place and been years ahead of what appears to be a slowing of hiring at some key airlines.

On and on and on about ULCC being dead. Can we at least wait until Q4 financials come out to see if F9 lost money for the year? The overwhelming thought on this board was JB would be approved so any opinion on why a future merger will/wont be approved should be viewed with extreme skepticism.

Who’s gonna succeed, who’ll fail, who won’t exist, or merge. And it’s so arrogantly certain how some people say it too. I bet half theee people aren’t even good at their own job. Yet, they know how to run airlines, and which vaccines everyone should take. Please.
