I've never seen an airline manager talk about a bankruptcy or really anything negative until the forms are signed and filed. As said above the first clue will be hiring a consulting firm.

This is the same reason he said Spirit had a successful plan going forward if the merger was blocked. What was he supposed to say?

Fairly blatant bot IMO...

"Spirit Airlines' consolidated traffic, measured in revenue passenger miles, has been significantly rising, boosting the company's capacity."

So "consolidated traffic" somehow boosts "the company's capacity" ?

LLM word salad.

Zack's has always been awful.

Also every time a CEO says they're not considering bankruptcy, they're considering bankruptcy.

It all comes down to restructuring that big bill coming due next year. Can they restructure it? "At this time" it doesn't seem we have an answer to that question.

Yep. If they can then we have to making money or it’s bankruptcy anyway

if they can’t restructure its bankruptcy for sure
