Seems like some are focused on administration change to make an acquisition happen. I'm not sure administration had anything to do with the rejection of Spirit and JBLU. I think the case presented was terribly flawed.

Yup. And that merger was the sacrificial lamb for his administration to run with. I honestly don’t think the DOJ believed they would win, presenting the most narrow view of the Clayton act…but they met the right judge

Neeleman seems to have a much better apprasial of the current domestic market than anyone else. His belief is that we'd see something between F9 and NK rates.
