I just went with the ones that were posted assuming they were the CEO planes. So if they are the P&W planes then that's where they are. If so, some of these planes went there in 2023. How long are the P&W repairs supposed to take?

Does anyone have the CEO tail numbers that were supposed to be sold?

Just went on the website. There is a search option for "Private flight" which is just a way for searching by tail number. It will show the last flight that aircraft has taken.

Merry Christmas!

Short version. Spirit screwed up the A321 override pay for a period of time, and owed all pilots money.

If this is correct NK and F9 are about the same size now. 164 vs 161 not including future deliveries.

When I left NK had 194 aircraft with maybe 2 more A21N’s due this year. Have they sold more?

I just checked all the listed planes. All but 1 of them are in GYR sitting on the ground. Most of them haven't flown since last year (October/November)

A couple of them were taken back the Trustee in December during the Bankruptcy, but most of them were re-registered as owned by Spirit Airlines LLC on May 3rd, 2025.

So indeed it looks like the sale fell through and they are owned by Spirit still. I wonder what the plan for them will be?

The NYSE just filed to delist Spirit from the NYSE because they are not in compliance with reporting rules, despite the filed extension. I expect that this is a warning to either submit the 10Q for the 1st quarter.

I bet we see financials this week. This will also confirm if they did indeed sell those CEO planes.
