yes. the company will get sued for every bit of money owed for the duration of the lease. if they don't pay the leasing company will declare them bankrupt in court. might be able to sub-lease depending in contract, but probably not

What’s the new scoop on merger rumors? You’d figure that would solve a lot of this.
Looking at FLYY SEC filings, seems like a lot at the top acquired stock last week

That's true we don't. No idea how much of that is due to having 25% of our fleet down though. I doubt the active planes are near 13. But probably not as low as the numbers we've seen the last few years either.

They did but it was through a stock distribution. They didn't buy it.
This is the raise they got this time right before furloughs.

I take it that would mean another round of downgrades and furloughs after this current one that was just announced?
