yes. the company will get sued for every bit of money owed for the duration of the lease. if they don't pay the leasing company will declare them bankrupt in court. might be able to sub-lease depending in contract, but probably not

That's true we don't. No idea how much of that is due to having 25% of our fleet down though. I doubt the active planes are near 13. But probably not as low as the numbers we've seen the last few years either.
