Our job is to fly safe and efficient. Their job is to make money for the share holders. If we do something wrong, there's consequences. Would be nice if they felt consequences from running the company into the ground. Not even talking prison, but no bonuses in any year that the stock goes down more, less profit or no growth compared to equivalent companies would be a nice start. The whole "that is just the way corporate America works" is sickening.

who has customer service? Maybe United but the others are not far from us.

Sure some of them do, but a lot of them stopped traveling because they can't afford it.

Just look at Miami Beach for example. Four years ago it was largely one big cloud of marijuana smoke. Today is a much different scene.
