Default Managements 3.75 Million bonus

How is there not much of an uproar within our pilot group over Managements bonus issued last Friday 3 days before the furlough announcement? It shocks me of how many pilots weren’t aware of this announcement or nothing being addressed by ALPA. Why so quiet? What did our Management do to reward themselves with this? Did we stop the hemorrhaging of money, did they right the ship in the correct direction, what did they do to deserve this compensation? Anybody else know any more about because I can’t figure this out. I think ALPA should make a public statement on how 270 of our fellow pilots are losing their job yet Management seems to believe everything is going great to take this bonus or maybe this is just GREED.

Why didn’t you stay at a regional? Or instructing? Was it greed? How else do you expect to keep anyone around who has any chance of saving this place?

Tell me you're in your 20's without telling me you're in your 20's

Don't forget the 750k in stocks. So it's really 4.5 million each.....

But they chopped 270 pilots making over 140k pr year so that's 37+ millions in saving pr year.

This is corporate Americas playbook 1o1. Lay off people to save money. They don't care about you, never have. "Family"....yeah right....

Let this be a lesson to anyone who wants concessions. Or sub par contracts.

Why would I be joking? Go look at the compensation part of the earnings report. Literally destroyed the company.
