Agreed! I am not sure why we continue to put up with Bendover's games! Every time he pulls this sh*t I am less motivated to help this company and more motivated to update my apps. I'll be there at the Miramar event but why are we not picketing the job fairs?

While I do think our union can and should push for much more aggressive posture we really have to look at ourselves for the answers.
Why are we still putting up with people who pick up open time or guys who help out the company?
Yes the union should really come out and make it know how unhelpful we are being to the negotiations when we move planes outside of our original line awards. And they should put out a strike vote.
But we gotta stop being company lackeys while assuming the NC will still get an acceptable contract at the same time.

Everyone knows we will NEVER get released. We sound like a bunch of whiny babies with that stuff.
When flights cancel they will listen. Until then we will get nothing.
"Our employees are very motivated and happy. They go the extra mile on their days off to make more Go happen". Is probably what they're telling the investors and the numbers back it up. Our anger is whining until it's manifested in action (or lack of).

I believe these employees handle Spirit flights. Could be a big meltdown on thanksgiving. At least some employee groups at the airport can go on strike whenever they want.
