But wasn't the Low Tier movement aimed at the month of June? I have not received anything saying anything about July... So good luck with the lawsuit. I know there are a bunch of guys who are are tired of doing extra work for half the pay and would rather sit at home. I fall into that category. This Allegiant TA has rates higher than the proposed company rates a while back. It's like getting slapped in the face all over again... Thus reducing my motivation even more.

This upcoming week will be a total cluster. Guaranteed to have late and canceled flights.
Scheduling is required by the CBA to notify you of any substantial delays or cancelations, over 90 minutes. Im sure they wont notify, they never do.
Please remember to fill out an NCC online for this. Its the easiest hour of pay you will make for each violation. I can easily see myself tacking on 3-4 hours over this 4th of July work week.
Make them pay when they violate the contract.
