Congratulations, we beat out some bankruptcy era pay rates.
Then Continental blew us out of the water in 2012 (or was it 2013) while we were only half way through our "path to parity" and then Usair did it again last year.
Do I want to compare us to republic? No, but the fact is we have FOs carrying 228 pax for less than a dash FO. They also got $21k signing bonuses. Until someone shows me a RATIFIABLE TA the comparison is valid.

Guys! You can't honestly be comparing our 2010 contract rates (when Continental and USAir among others had similar rates) to the Republic contract that came out last week in the midst of a pilot shortage. If our TA comes out with a pathetic first year rate, okay it's game on, but this is not apples to apples...
But, you cannot use logic on here.

First year FO pay at Endeavor ($25/hour) is still higher than first year Republic FO ($40/hour) and first year Spirit FO ($38.50/hour) pay with the $20,000 bonus/year for the first 3 years.

I've got a transition conflict question. I've got R13 this month. My last day of a group of 5 R13's is on NOV 29. If I bid an R13 that has Dec 1-5 on R13, will this create a conflict? Does the fact that the R13 ends at 0300 on NOV 30 count to make a conflict, or will the fact that there's more than a 30 hour break between NOV 30 at 0300 and DEC 1 at 1300 negate the conflict.

The 30th is not a day off. You are working five rsv periods over six days. A block of days starting on the first would create a conflict yes. The contract protects you here not 117. Under 117 you could legally work 12 days in a row because of the 30hr break. The contract says you work no more than six.

Friends don't let friends apply to pinnacle. With that being said, that bonus started up because people were bailing out to other regionals.
