I think mec-nc felt they were close until compensation came to the table. My question is...why have so many meetings when I feel the company should have known were we where all along. (Surveys)....maybe part of the negotiations strategy? I don't know. And also I guess there isn't a counter offer from our NC until another survey?

So this proposal/payscale is less than or equal to 40 million apart from our ask.

Time for new leadership. This is a joke folks (unless you are one of the top 400 guys). Then it's looking industry competitive.

No to play devils advocate, but how many were expecting NK management to come up with everything we wanted on the first proposal.

Doubt this is the first proposal considering just a few months ago we were "40 million" apart.

This is the last of probably a string of proposals but first they made public.

What you're seeing is the culmination of like 10 months of negotiations
