Spirit of NKS, Part IV

Bob just created a hostile work environment for all pilots.
All of management since you are clearly reading this:
My day off is my day off. This airline should not depend on volunteers working their days off every single day to get this airline by. Why do you think you can run a understaffed airline and then blame us for cancellations?
Do YOUR job and give ALL team members the resources they need to do their job. I.e. More pilots for crew planning to properly plan schedules and crew scheduling proper reserve levels to cover any unforeseen issues.
If you have problems attracting pilots to this airline, you may want to step back and take a look at what you have created. Do you really think pilots looking at a 30+ year career want to deal with your poor management and planning? Not to mention well below industry pay and retirement. This is your answer to why most guys on first year are leaving and why captains are now starting to update applications.

All I know is that everybody better watch their tongues in the terminal for the foreseeable future. I predict lots of people, both passengers and non-pilot Spirit employees are going to have a lot of comments.
Call me paranoid, but I plan on having my phone on as a recording device when I'm walking through the terminal and at the gate. There have been too many incidences of violence recently and I want to be able to prove that it was nothing that I said.
We all know the company will not have our backs should anything happen.

All based on a dozen profiles on APC. Too funny.
Btw, not a single call from scheduling to help out this week.

I'm not dumb enough to post speculation like that in here haha. Posting readily available facts probably won't get the union sued (again), but apparently ALPA is going to have to pay out for random internet heroes posting their opinions. So I think I'll leave out anything that sounds like a "should", and won't guess at management's motivations either. I'm sure neither the company nor the SEC needs more ammunition against the pilot group and the union.

So I guess according to Mr Berry the operation should get back to normal, because apparently pilots can't be assigned open time within 48hrs........lol.
Maybe that's why none of us have been called for JRMS? I have zero JRMs for the month and have been off since end of April. ZERO CALLS. I'm more than willing to help out.
"Spokesman Paul Berry said that's a higher-than-normal number of cancelled flights without a weather, air traffic control or security issue. He said pilots can only request open flights 48 hours or more in advance, so the airline will know later today if its operations will go back to normal on Friday."
