Been here 5 months, moved up 48 numbers. Also lost in that same time almost a dozen junior to me. It was comical listening to Bob tell the investors they are pleased with their staffing and recruiting efforts. Like listening to a White Star Line executive explain to passengers how the Titanic can't sink.

Not sure if this is the case but I have heard that Bob is pretty out of touch with less macro stuff. He may literally be going on jyriendo's word

Investor asked how recruiting is going, he said they were pleased with with where they are at.

I know I was more referring to where he got the info for that answer. I don't think he is very aware of the small stuff like staffing. Prolly takes a briefing from jendo

But I am basing that "guess" on stories from guys who have talked to him at these crew meet and greet deals where they are shocked at how out of touch he is

Maybe it's time guys started getting ticked off? Maybe we should stop spreading our legs to bail these clowns out every chance we get. How many TA's and raises while negotiating(jb) have happened while we've been negotiating? I hear the AA guys are doing a "slow" down and they're not even negotiating right now.. CBA 2020, with this apathetic pilot group.

Between the attrition and this chart, I can't believe Bob's still here... or jyri or bendo.

Maybe they are trying to lower the price to sell this place???

I miss the midget, BBB.

I've said it before, Fornaro was basically retired. Why would he take on a new CEO gig in his 60's after his nice golden parachute jump from AirTran? I think he wants one more jump.

I talked to a captain the other day who said " people need to stop picking up open time and bailing the company out to get this contract done but to be honest I pick up every month". Me: da FAQ did you just say? Really?

Does anyone else think it's lame we have union guys on the standing available list? So much for fly your line. Guess it's a free for all now. Screw getting a contract
