Audi is right. I don't know him or most of you but he is right when he says a lot of you guys attack people personally when you don't like what they have to say. The best ideas should win the day, not the jack ass that can hurl the worst insults.
As far as replacing the NC is concerned I think it's something that should have been discussed long ago. I haven't been here that long but I can tell you the amount of transparency around here is awful and should make all of you worried. And there have been other airlines that have successfully replaced entire NCs and had TA's in much less time than us.
Instead of blindly defending something you guys need to take a breath and think if the other side has a point before you keyboard commandos stroke out.

I'm not sure what kind of company you think you work for but good luck changing the NC for no reason deep into mediation. what CB and you want will cost every pilot at this group thousands. Wait for a CBA or a failed TA to consider any sweeping changes. For god sake stop thinking if we just had different guys in place the company would automatically hand over truck loads of money. And please stop going against the grain for the sake of it. You have no idea what you're talking about and you make an idiot out of yourself on a weekly basis here.
News flash Dim, the company doesn't value you, your captain or any other pilot you see walking around in a spirit uniform. You are a cost to them they want to squeeze to make even more profits for themselves. Has nothing to do with tin foil hat conspiracies and an extra (and variable) few hours of pay for negotiators.

This. Took a few years for me to come to terms with it but it's the truth. Now I understand why I was laughed at when I (others) said we'd have a deal before amendable lol

Audi and a few of his DFW crew have axes to grind with the NC way before you and many others were here (he was a vocal 26%er). people are sick of CB and his selfish and extreme ideas. he continues to put selfish issues in front of getting a contract.

I was one of them too...and thank God we didn't get a deal before the amendable date. You think this group is miserable now, can you imagine how bad it would be if we had signed a new contract before all these new contracts at other carriers? We'd still be dragging the anchor.

You guys can at least admit we are as a group left a bit too much in the dark by our NC. I remember WN having fancy hard copies of where they fit in within the industry and what they were trying to achieve. Third new contract on its way to being signed since the all call and nothing besides the vague NC update e-mails. Anyone got another petition ready to go so maybe they'll talk to us again? A well informed group is our best asset. Please don't give me the call your rep bs. I'm guessing yesterday's update was a response to the statements made on here.

Talked to a SWA guy lately? Management was "about our employees" before the bean counter Gary Kelly took over. The culture has changed over there.
