Oh no...we have guys making $260 an hour to save the company, with their 200% pay! Why would we need a new contract when you can make $260 an hour up to 5 times a year!!!

Yep and at $4,000 per ja that comes to $20,000. Do the math, for a captain, new contract conservatively $70 per hour raise. 75 hr line is $5250 every month. Ok, stay with me, this is for the friends of the company and for the guys wanting new boats and for the guys in such dire situations that require to be on the SA list every day of every month to buy groceries and keep the lights on, you know who you are!! $5250 x 12 is??? Any have an answer yet?? Yes it's $63000!! You got it!! And for those with a hard time with math, you are loosing $43000 guaranteed dollars each year. Just think, no begging scheduling to drop or pay protect your next trip. It's just that easy. We all can get JA's every month without sitting by the phone. WAKE UP!!!!!!! It's time!!! Fly your line!!! Stop answering the phone and enjoy your family this summer. Geez

And don't forget... jrms are not going to just mysteriously disappear. This place has always been short staffed! On top of your new raise you'll still be able to get jrms...at around $480 an hour for 5 yr CA's...

Yeah I know but I wanted to keep it simple. There is so much more we could get in this new contract besides pay. I believe now is the time to press for this contract especially with what's going on with Frontier.

That's great to hear! I hope everyone will start getting a clue. We all need to keep educating our fellow pilots what this foot dragging the company is doing is costing us. I am not sure where the SPSC is but I think it's going to take more that a PUB event to motivate people. Get ready, the sub standard counter proposal or lack there of from the company is coming in couple of weeks. My hope is, it's a wake up call to the entire pilot group that management has no plans on compensating us for our hard work and professionalism. They only plan on rewarding the few SA guys. Pressure pressure pressure!! No more help!!
